El memorialista le pidió a la Corporación advertir de manera urgente al Gobierno (Ministerio de Hacienda) la necesidad de dar cumplimiento al fallo de la referencia, en el sentido de aplicar los decretos 2111 de 2019 y 492 de 2020.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR por improcedente la anterior petición, en la medida en que se trata de una providencia dictada en ejercicio del control abstracto de constitucionalidad y de la cual no se derivan obligaciones específicas para las autoridades.
